The performance fee is automatically deducted from your account by the Forex broker, and then given to us. We will never ask you to send us funds directly. This is usually done at the start of each month.

A High Water Mark is a common approach to the calculation of performance fees. It means that a performance fee is paid only on Net new rises in asset value. If a decline occurs, it must be recouped before a new performance fee is paid. This ensures that investment managers receive a performance fee only when the account value exceeds its previous all-time high.

Only EUR is used for deposits. Our master trading accounts are run with EURO denominated set up.

We recommend you to send bank transfer deposits in EUR to avoid additional bank charges for currency conversion. However if you make a bank transfer in your national currency, your bank transfer deposit will be automatically converted to EUR by our regulated Forex broker who will  convert all the deposits at spot rate and not bank rate. This spot rate conversion by the regulated Forex broker is more competitive than the bank rate.

Normally it takes 1–3 business days to receive a payment through bank transfer. If you do not see the money you transferred in your City Of Investment client area after 5 business days, please email: support@cityofinvestment.com with the details of your payment.

Please note that failure to provide correct details of payment for bank transfer will cause a processing delay or rejection of the transaction by the receiving bank.

Please make sure that you have indicated correct payment details as provided by your Forex Broker bank transfer details that the money you intended to send will leave your bank account. You need to inform your bank in case you gave your bank incorrect payment details.

If your recent deposit payment has not appeared in your City Of Investment account held with Forex broker within 5 business days after payment, please send us the document that proves your payment (usually it’s a SWIFT message report with a bank stamp) to finance@cityofinvestment.com so that we’ll be able to trace your bank transfer payment. Or you could contact the Forex broker directly where your account is held.

The client pays bank transfer commission. City Of Investment’s Forex broker will credit actual amount that was received by the Forex broker company.

You can increase your investment by sending new funds to your City Of Investment trading account held in your name with Forex broker. You can also reinvest the profit that you earn with City Of Investment by leaving profits in your Forex account.

No, the funds in your forex trading managed account are in your name held with the Forex broker. You are the proprietor of this account and the only one who can make deposits to or withdrawals from this account. The only power you grant to the trade manager for the managed Forex program is the power to trade your account through a Limited Power of Attorney, which also authorizes the deduction of the agreed performance fee, spreads, join fee, and equity protection management.

You can invest funds in one or several Forex investment packages depending on the amount invested:

Safe Dynamic x3 investment package with minimum €1,000 amount of investment, 12 – 36 months investment term, and 45% – 70% targeted annual returns;

Your newly created investment package will participate in trades on Forex market on the next trading day.

You can reinvest your profits automatically by leaving your trading account to run. You do not need to make any changes.

It can only be traded by the Forex managers of City Of Investment. To open and close positions you must revoke the Power of Attorney, this may be done at any time. We do not recommend this since we are the best in the industry and have a wealth of experience.

The average profit will appear in your Forex Trading Account balance at any time during the trading day. The trading performance every month varies. The Company’s Forex trading sessions last from Monday till Friday except for Forex holidays and days when the Company’s trading system is maintained.

What happens when the profit is negative?

In case of negative trading results the Company requires the next few months to recover from losses and turn them into profits. We need your patience to make a recovery during the Company’s automated trading sessions on the Forex market.

Based on the Forex trading history of the Company, the volume of profit trades is significantly bigger than the volume of loss trades, which allows our investors to receive lucrative profit from our automated Forex trading system.

You have equity protection management with your City Of Investment trading account with our Forex broker, which provides control over risk and exposure. You can set up equity drawdown limit which ensures more effective protection of your investments with our Regulated Forex broker.

You have set up your Equity Management Protection at €21,000 (Security stop: 30%)

Equity Protection Management will be triggered when equity falls to €21,000.

System will close all open positions and will remove your account from our City Of Investment automated Forex trading system, once your equity falls to €21,000. This is drawdown of 30%.

You are left with ending balance of €21,000.

 

Example 3:

Starting Balance: €100,000

Investment Package: Safe Dynamic x1 (Minimum €100,000)

You have set up your Equity Management Protection at €85,000 (Security stop: 15%)

Equity Protection Management will be triggered when equity falls to €85,000.

System will close all open positions and will remove your account from our City Of Investment automated Forex trading system, once your equity falls to €85,000. This is drawdown of 15%.

You are left with ending balance of €85,000.

You can request a withdrawal of funds from your Forex Trading Account balance at any time. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours depending on the Forex broker.

The money is transferred to you within 24 hours after the withdrawal request was made during London business hours (except for Forex holidays and weekends).

Please note that it may take up to 3-5 business days for international bank transfers to be completed.

Bank Transfer withdrawal commission is paid by the recipient of funds.

At the same time City Of Investment guarantees that no information about its clients will be disclosed to any requesting authority unless City Of Investment is obliged to do that by a judgment of a Court of Law .

The clients who seek the maximum anonymity of large amounts of investment of over €1,000,000 should consider funding of their accounts through Custodial Accounts in Switzerland. Our broker has options available for trading accounts over €1,000,000 where funds can remain with a bank.

City Of Investment offers commission to participate in a 2-tier partnership program. Investment is required to participate in our 2-tier partnership program.

Firstly you would need to open your managed Forex account with City Of Investment and select an investment package. When you have funded your account, you can start to refer clients. Investment is required to participate in our partnership program.

1st tier: City Of Investment pays you 2% partnership commission from all amounts invested by every referred client;

2nd tier:  City of Investment pays you 1% partnership commission from all amounts invested by every referred client.

Investment deposit is obligatory if you wish to participate in our beneficial partnership program. You are issued a partnership ID and partnership link as soon as you create a City Of Investment account. You can find this data at Partnership page in your City Of Investment client area.

Once you received a partnership commission, it will be invested in your selected investment packages in your managed Forex trading account and you can withdraw your partnership commission from your broker account.

You need to at all times have an investment with City Of Investment to participate in our partnership program. You can withdraw your partnership commissions but are required to hold other investments with us to continue receiving partnership commissions.

Once you created a City Of Investment account, you are assigned a partnership ID and a partnership link. You can find this data at the Partnership page in your City Of Investment client area.

The client who uses a referral link to open a new managed Forex account with the Company will be traced by the system and will see the Partnership ID in the relevant field. In case the client is not traced (e.g., cookies disabled, etc.) he/she will see an empty Partnership ID field in the registration form. If the client does not enter Partnership ID or enters it incorrectly, no claims related to the non-referred clients are accepted.

You can promote your partnership link using various legal methods of advertising, including ads at social media, banner advertising, blog and article posting, opt-in e-mail newsletters, pay-per-click advertising, word of mouth, etc.

City Of Investment does not make any extra payments for any advertising services and does not add any promotional deposits to advertisers’ accounts. Only partnership commission is paid to the clients who advertise the services of City Of Investment. If you decide to participate in City Of Investment’s beneficial partnership program, you need advertise City Of Investment at your own cost and expense with no extra payments or bonuses.
